Agnieszka Turska-Kawa
Political scientist, psychologist, vice-rector for science at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Coordinator and leader of numerous scientific projects (NCN, COST CA15207, Horizon) and social projects, carried out in cooperation with local government units. Her scientific interests are in the field of political psychology, in particular the psychological determinants of political behavior and conspiracy beliefs. In recent years, he has been actively working for the social activation of the oldest segment of citizens (also as the director of the Research Center for Social Activation of Seniors). She is a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Political Science Committee).
