Anastas Mishev, PhD is a full professor at the Faculty of computer science and engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia. The focus of his research are infrastructures for collaborative computing and open science. Anastas has participated in the implementation of over 40 international projects targeting the development of IT infrastructures, with special focus on the SEE Europe. He is a former member the board of MARNet, where he is also a GEANT GA representative. He is member of the Governance Board of EOSC Association, representing the mandated organization from North Macedonia, as well as a member of the Governing Board of the EuroHPC JU. He is one of the funding members of the National Open Science Cloud Initiative in North Macedonia (NOSCI.mk) and a coordinator of the EOSC Node North Macedonia, part of the the second wave of the enlargement of the EOSC Federation.
