Chief IT Specialist. A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at the University of Gdańsk, specializing in numerical methods and programming. He has been employed at the University of Gdańsk since 1991. Author of the book Internet in Business ed. ODDK 1997 Deputy Director of the IT Centre of the University of Gdańsk in the years 1997-2000, Director of the IT Centre of the University of Gdańsk in the years 2001-2016. A graduate with honors MBA studies in the years 2011-2013. Since 2017, he has been an employee of the University of Gdańsk Library. Rector’s Plenipotentiary for the implementation of GDPR/Informatization in the years 2018-2020. Employee of the Research Data Management and Open Science Section since December 2022. Author of DMPoly’s 2023 research data security board game. Co-author of the educational board game FAIR Factor supporting education in the field of FAIR and Open Publishing principles.
